Don’t forget, Action Item is performing at the Denver Outlaws game on June 2nd at Mile High Stadium! The show is at 5pm and the game is at 7pm! The concert is free with any ticket to the Outlaws game. You can buy a VIP ticket for $35 which includes a VIP seat for the concert, meet and greet with the band, and a GA ticket for the game. I was definitely nervous after reading Anthony’s tweets and then him saying he was gonna write a long post. I was afraid that bad news was coming. I shouldn’t have though because as the guys say all the time, they see their fans as friends, as a family. After reading that post I wanted to cry because Anthony is just so adorable. Seriously? He was concerned we would forget about him and Action Item simply because they wouldn’t be touring this summer because they’re gonna be in the studio. Those boys couldn’t get rid of us if they tried. I’m not concerned at all about them being MIA because I am forseeing now that there will be plenty of studio update videos and probably a handful of stickam chat’s to tide us over till the fall. I had to screen shot that part of the note because that’s what made me choke up. He is perfect.
Dear Action Item
The AIFamily has got your back. This summer will be different not seeing you guys all over the place while on tour. We all love seeing you, but as you are a band, your number one priority is making music. We are so proud of you guys, all that you have accomplished and are so happy to know you and be here for this crazy ride. We will NEVER EVER forget about you guys. You will always be in our hearts and minds. The AIFamily is for life… were stuck with you, you’re stuck with us. So get used to it! :)
Good luck writing and recording. I absolutely cannot wait to hear the new songs. No doubt, they will be as amazing as ever.

Action Item’s mashup The Wanted’s “Glad You Came” and The Naked and Famous’ “Young Blood” clearly sets them apart from the mass of pop-rock bands releasing covers of The Wanted’s hit single. Their combination of the musical aspects of both songs is absolutely brilliant. They had played this when they opened for Hot Chelle Rae’s ‘Beautiful Freaks’ tour, and the positive responses were so overwhelming that they were convinced to record it.
